So, Ophelia Benson got a tweet as a response to her recent blog post on the recent Bolshoi Ballet acid-throwing incident. The usual slobbering masses came to her "rescue" as she's just *so* hammered with bad things. One particularly spectacular specimen decided to suggest kneecapping those who say bad things to Ms. Benson. Mrs. Vicky Caramel decided to ask Ophelia which was her preference, kneecapping or acid in the face? In the usual fashion of those who strive daily to be professional victims and make everything out there all about them, Ophie put out publicly that this was a "threat". Even more fun (and telling) is that John White, "Nikephorius" on Twitter, deleted that particular tweet. Regret much?
Is it any wonder I have very little respect for some of these women online? Clearly, I need to be looking for good female role models IRL. The online ones leave quite a bit of wanting.

Thank you
It has been pointed out to me that Ophelia could be completely inept and really have no clue what my tweet was about. But she was quick enough to jump on me while completely missing the kneecapping offer by somebody she was having a conversation with.
You would have at least have thought one of her supporters was diligent enough to see what it was all about and tell her. ...they are all too busy playing victim.

They won't
It has to consistently be all about berating and making Ophelia feel like she's being persecuted. The funny bit of all this is that she's had very little said to her (checking replies to Ophelia Benson isn't all that difficult). She's blowing it up as big as she can.
Let me guess, she's still not apologized?
